What If?

THE 7 MOST COMMON QUESTIONS ABOUT ENROLLING WITH MIUD

1.     Q. What if I find the work is too demanding on my schedule or even too difficult at my age?
A.  As you would expect, you will have to organize your schedule, and there will be time management choices to make.  Our programs are serious studies of the Word of God, and ministry related themes.  Plus, if you are teaching, preaching or counseling, what you will be learning will be invested directly into your ministry which will actually improve lesson, sermon and counseling session preparation time.

Also, you will be encouraged to know that all of our programs are purposefully designed for the older more mature individual. Courses are self-paced, and all tests are open book types. Our staff and faculty will always be there to help.  Remember, thousands of ministers and laymen have graduated from MIUD, and so can you.

2.     Q. What if my employment, health or an unavoidable circumstance requires that I slow down or even put my studies on hold for a while?
A.  You set your own study pace. Many students have graduated in record time, while others have taken several years. You set your own pace.

3.     Q. What if I face a financial crisis, and I am not able to pay my tuition?
A.  First of all, our tuition is very reasonable, and if you selected the Time-Valued or the Time-Tailored Payment Plan then your tuition is not actually paid in advance. You pay as you go with a low monthly payment. We do not charge interest or late fees. If you find that even the low monthly payment is too much for you, you can request that your program be placed on hold. Monthly billing will be suspended during that time. When you are ready to resume your studies, we will resume your monthly billing without any back-charges. You simply pick up where you left off.  Most important of all is the fact that if God is pleased with what we do, we know He will supply our needs (Philippians 4:19).

4.     Q. What if I can afford the tuition, but extra fees, and the cost of books and materials makes it too expensive to continue?
A. We have very few extra fees, most of which are for optional services. The cost of books and materials are kept to an absolute minimum. Most courses give you the option of ordering printed books or eBooks that you download. In addition, we have our own discount bookstore! You can actually use it even if you are not a student.

5.     Q. What if I have to drop out of the program all together?
A.  You can request withdrawal at any time. If you are enrolled using the Time-Valued plan your monthly billing will cease. However, if you ever decide to come back into the program, we will help you pick up where you left off.

6.     Q. What if after I enroll, I decide to change to A different MIUD program?
A.  Not a problem. We will help you select a more appropriate program.  If you wish to change your program within the first thirty days, there is no charge. After that, a standard $150 program change fee is assessed, and we will help you make the best choice of a more appropriate program.

7.     Q. What if I find that I have doctrinal differences with some of the courses?
A.
Here is our doctrinal statement.  All of our programs are Christ-centered, and Bible-based. Practically speaking, if you are a Bible-believing Christian, you will probably not face that issue. However, if you do, we welcome input from our students, and you will never be graded down so long as you complete the course requirements.   It may be helpful (and a relief) to review the different church background reflected in our students, and graduates (you may even find your own group listed).  Review now.

We hope that the answers to the seven most common "What if?" questions have helped you to decide to enroll very soon. However, if you have other questions, we will do our best to provide you with straight answers!  We believe that if God has gifted and called you to ministry, now is the time to move from "What if?" to "What's next!"

If you are satisfied with the the WHAT IF questions, you can begin the enrollment process now.
