Before Submitting Your EnrollmentRequest, Please Red the Enrollment Refund and Withdrawal Policies.

PLEASE READ THE ENROLLMENT REFUND POLICY.


UPON ENROLLMENT for students using the Time-Valued (TVT) Option:  A $200 non-refundable Enrollment Activation Fee will initiate the enrollment process. The first tuition payment is due on the 21st of the month following enrollment. This benefit allows you time to budget your monthly payments.


Because the institution is continuously providing educational services, the student's regular monthly tuition payments fund these services a month after the services have been provided. Therefore, there is no tuition refund for TVT students.


UPON ENROLLMENT for students enrolling using the Time-Certain (TCT) Option:  A $200 non-refundable Enrollment Activation Fee will initiate the enrollment process. The full discounted tuition payment is due on the 21st of the month following enrollment. This benefit allows you time to budget your full tuition payment.


Students enrolling using the Time-Certain Full Pay (TCT) Option for programs of 30 credits or less the withdrawal tuition refund policy is as follows:


* First - Second Weeks 90% will be refunded.

* Third - Fourth Weeks 80% will be refunded.

* Fifth - Sixth Weeks 70% will be refunded.

* Seventh - Eighth Weeks 60% will be refunded.

* Ninth - Tenth Weeks 50% will be refunded.

* Eleventh - Twelfth Weeks 40% will be refunded.

* After the Twelfth week there is no tuition refund.


Students enrolling using the Time-Certain Full Pay (TCT) Option for programs of 31 credits or more the withdrawal tuition refund policy is as follows:

 

* First - Third Weeks 90% will be refunded.

* Fourth - Sixth Weeks 80% will be refunded.

* Seventh - Ninth Weeks 70% will be refunded.

* Tenth - Twelfth Weeks 60% will be refunded.

* Thirteenth - Fourteenth Weeks 50% will be refunded.

* Fifteenth - Sixteenth Weeks 40% will be refunded.

* After the Sixteenth week there is no tuition refund.

Discontinuance of personal progress in the program including course submissions or failure to make tuition payments, does not constitute a statement of withdrawal.


The University continues to provide full academic services to the student for the entire time of enrollment. It is the student's responsibility to take advantage of these services. 


Students who are experiencing study or financial difficulties should seek consultation, and the assistance provided to all enrolled students. The University provides personalized options for students who need assistance.  "Be not weary in well doing" (2 Thes. 3:13).


A student's financial obligation to the University continues until receipt of an official request for withdrawal as noted above.
