ENCOURAGING INFORMATION ABOUT TUITION & PAYMENT OPTIONS

The cost of tuition is more than a financial matter.  It is also a spiritual matter.  A modern saying puts it into perspective: "When God orders something, He always pays the bill."  The Apostle Paul said it even better:  "And my God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:19 NASV).

At MIUD we have done our best to keep the cost of tuition reasonable, and payment options doable for most persons serving in ministry.  Check out the options below, and then follow the best advice:  "But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you" (Matthew 6:33 NASV).

ENCOURAGEMENT TO CONSIDER TUITION ASSISTANCE  FOR YOUR PASTOR OR TEAM MEMBER

If a pastor or staff member from your church or ministry organization is considering continuing ministry education through Master's International University of Divinity, I strongly encourage you to carefully and prayerfully read this letter.

As I am sure you will agree, the call of God to serve in Christian ministry is the most noble of all callings and one of the most demanding in terms of education.  The call to Christian service is a call to the perpetual study of the Word of God and related subjects.

Our University specializes in ministry education for individuals serving in ministry.  Our online education programs do not take pastors or other Christian workers out of ministry to train them for a more effective ministry,  instead, we take our programs to those serving in ministry through the best practices of online adult education.

Therefore, the degree program that your pastor or Christian worker is considering is an investment that will result in a more effective and rewarding ministry to your entire church and ministry organization, and investment is the right term.

Our degree programs are designed to interface with real life, and as such, require that our students merge academic studies with practical results.  To do this, they make a significant investment in study, prayer, and daily application of the knowledge they are gaining.  In other words, what is learned through each course is poured right back into their ministry every day!

Your pastor or Christian worker understands this and accepts the serious responsibility referred to by the Apostle Paul in his challenge to Timothy. "Be diligent to present yourself approved to God as a workman who does not need to be ashamed, accurately handling the word of truth" (II Timothy 2:15 NASV).

However, for many faithful pastors and Christian workers, the only thing hindering that willingness is the hard reality of the cost of tuition, and even though the tuition at Master's is very reasonable, for many, it may still be outside of a balanced budget.

This is where you can help. Why not invest in your pastor's or Christian worker’s continuing ministry education? More and more churches and ministry organizations are coming to realize the importance of helping their key personnel in this vital area.

Many of our students (most are pastors or individuals serving in other forms of Christian ministry) are completing powerfully effective degree programs because of the thoughtfulness of the Governing Board.

We know that most Christian organizations want to help in this way.  The difficulty is in getting the pastor or Christian worker to present the idea to their leadership.  This is because pastors and most other Christian workers are accustomed to giving, and as a result asking is not easy.

Therefore, we are taking that first step for them.  We are asking you to prayerfully review the program that your pastor or Christian worker is considering, and take the lead in making that all-important investment of tuition assistance.

For more information, you may contact us directly by calling 1-800-933-1445 or 1-812-471-0611 or online.  When you call or fill out the online contact form, ask to speak with an Admissions Advisor.  You will be glad that you did, and your entire ministry will be blessed!

Sincerely in the Service of the Master,

      Dennis D. Frey, M.Div., Th.D., President,

      Master's International University of Divinity

    • Tuition Refunds

The $200 Initial Enrollment Activation Fee is one-time-only and is non-refundable.

For students enrolling using the standard monthly payment plan without any tuition pre-payment discount please note that tuition is not paid in advance. The first tuition payment is made in the month following enrollment, and therefore after educational services have begun. Because the institution is continuously providing educational services, the student's monthly tuition payments fund these services a month after the services have been provided. Therefore, there is no tuition refund.

Students enrolling using any of the percent of tuition downpayment options the withdrawal refund policy is as follows:

      * First - Second Weeks 90% will be refunded.

      * Third - Fourth Weeks 80% will be refunded.

      * Fifth - Sixth Weeks 70% will be refunded.

      * Seventh - Eighth Weeks 60% will be refunded.

      * Ninth - Tenth Weeks 50% will be refunded.

      * Eleventh - Twelfth Weeks 40% will be refunded.

      * After the Twelfth week there is no tuition refund.

Thereafter, because the institution is continuously providing educational services, the student's monthly tuition payments fund these services a month after the services have been provided.

Therefore, there is no tuition refund beyond the amounts listed above for the initial downpayment only.  This policy also applies to the special full-pay discount option.

The University continues to provide full academic services to the student for the entire time of enrollment.  It is the student's responsibility to take advantage of these services.

Students who are experiencing study or financial difficulties should seek consultation, and the assistance provided to all enrolled students.  The University provides personalized options for students who need assistance.  "Be not weary in well doing" (2 Thessalonians. 3:13).
