Total Program Cost

If tuition is paid in full at the time of enrollment the total cost (including all fees), is:

$600 for students living in the U.S. and Canada.

$650 for students outside the U.S. and Canada.

Tuition May be Paid In Full or Installments

If tuition is paid in full at the time of enrollment the total cost (including all fees), is:

$500 for students living in the U.S. and Canada.

$550 for students outside the U.S. and Canada.

If tuition is paid in installments (all fees included), the total cost is $600 for students living in the U.S. & Canada and $650 for students outside the U.S. or Canada.

The first installment of $200 ($250 for students outside the U.S. or Canada), is due upon enrollment.

The second installment of $200 is due at the time of the self-paced open-book final exam.

The final installment of $200 is due following the completion of the final exam.

Theological Institute Cost & Payment Options

The MIUD Theological Institute's cost and enrollment requirements are minimal. There are no previous education requirements. Following enrollment, you will be given your own Student Program page that contains all course links and study materials. A few online textbooks may be required in some programs, but these are few, and the cost is minimal. Full student services are provided. There is no time requirement so you can study at your own pace.

Tuition for Each Program is the Same

Tuition is $99 per credit at all levels. The total tuition cost is $99 x 30 credits = $2,970 per program. Textbooks are extra (and most are optionally in eBook format, thereby keeping costs to a minimum. See payment options for how to reduce the cost of the program.

Interest-Free Payment Options

The standard payment plan is $123.75 due on the 21st of the month over a registration period of 24 months.

Anytime after the first monthly payment, students may pay the balance and receive a 10% tuition discount.

The optional full-pay plan offers a 20% discount if paid at the time of enrollment resulting in a $594 tuition savings.

ASAP Programs Cost & Payment Options

The MIUD Applied Scholars Accelerated Programs' lower cost of tuition and fees reflects the goal of the Applied Scholars Accelerated Program. That is, to make high-quality accelerated practical ministry degree programs available to anyone on the average minister's salary.

Tuition for Diploma - Bachelor's Programs

PLEASE READ THIS FIRST

Because the standard College of the Bible, Graduate School of Divinity, and Theological Research Institute tuition and fees schedule is different from the Theological Institute (MTI) and the Applied Scholars Accelerated Program (ASAP), the encouraging information given below will help inform you about the amazing alternative cost structure for the standard degree options.
Standard College, Graduate School & Research Institute Costs
We do not charge an Application Fee. As part of the pre-enrollment process, you will be provided with the services of a personal Admissions Advisor at no cost.

College of the Bible Diploma, Associate, Bachelor Programs:
- There is no Application Fee,
- A $200 Initial Enrollment Fee (nonrefundable) is required to begin,
- Tuition is $150 per credit,
- Textbooks are extra, but costs are kept to a minimum,
- Some fees may apply along the way depending on the program but are kept to a minimum.
- Qualifies for Two Different Payment Options (see below).
Graduate School of Divinity Master's & Doctorate Programs:
- There is no Application Fee,
- A $200 Initial Enrollment Fee (nonrefundable) is required to begin,
- Tuition is $170 per credit for Master's Programs,
- Tuition is $190 per credit for Doctorate Programs,
- Textbooks are extra, but costs are kept to a minimum,
- Some fees may apply along the way depending on the program, but are kept to a minimum,
- Qualifies for Two different Payment Options (see below).
Theological Research Institute Ph.D. Programs:
- There is no Application Fee,
- A $200 Initial Enrollment Fee (nonrefundable) is required to begin,
- Tuition is $200 per credit,
- Textbooks are extra, but costs are kept to a minimum,
- Some fees may apply along the way depending on the program, but are kept to a minimum,
- Qualifies for Two Different Payment Options (see below).
Time-Valued Option # 1: Be Your Own Discount Manager

THE TIME-VALUED TUITION allows you to make interest-free monthly payments, while at the same time, putting you in charge of your tuition discount. You can take your time and never pay more than the already low tuition rate. Or you can finish your program early, and qualify yourself for a large tuition discount.

HERE IS HOW TIME-VALUED TUITION WORKS:

1. Begin with a $200 Initial Enrollment Fee
2. Sixty monthly payments interest-free.
3. Finish anytime before the 60th payment, and the remaining balance will be forgiven.

As you can see, by disciplining your time, you become your tuition discount manager. However, even if you do not finish in time to take advantage of the Time-Valued Option, you still receive the full benefit of already low tuition paid in interest-free monthly installments. Either way, it's a win/win option!
Time-Certain Option # 2: Manage Your Discount Up Front

THE TIME-CERTAIN TUITION DISCOUNT allows you to take advantage of the same maximum Time-Valued discount but without the time restraints.

HERE IS HOW THE TIME-CERTAIN OPTIONS WORK:

1. 35% tuition discount
2. Waive the $200 Initial Enrollment Fee
3. Begin immediately with no monthly payments

As you can see, by paying your tuition up front, you can take full advantage of the same Time-Valued discount, but without the worry of completing your program within the specified time for the discount. However, if you cannot do so, you still have the option of enrolling and taking advantage of the Time-Vauled Option, and the interest-free monthly payments. Either way, it's a win/win option!

An Open Letter to the Board of Churches & Parachurch Organizations

ENCOURAGEMENT TO CONSIDER TUITION ASSISTANCE FOR A QUALIFIED PASTOR OR CHRISTIAN WORKER

If a pastor or staff member from your church or ministry organization is considering continuing ministry education through Master's International University of Divinity, I strongly encourage you to carefully and prayerfully read this letter.

As I am sure you will agree, the call of God to serve in Christian ministry is the most noble of all callings and one of the most demanding in terms of education. The call to Christian service is a call to the perpetual study of the Word of God and related subjects.

Our University specializes in ministry education for individuals serving in ministry. Our online education programs do not take pastors or other Christian workers out of ministry in order to train them for a more effective ministry, instead, we take our programs to those serving in ministry through the best practices of online adult education.

Therefore, the degree program that your pastor or Christian worker is considering is an investment that will result in a more effective and rewarding ministry to your entire church and ministry organization, and investment is the right term.
