CURRENT STUDENT COURSE/EXAM SUBMISSION FORM

Current students use the form below for submitting coursework and exams only. You MUST enable (allow) "cookies" on the Internet browser you are using in order to permit the form to work correctly.  You will need your Student ID #.  If you do not remember your student ID# refer to your program registration form. You may also request it by contacting the University using the student contact form: https://ims.mdivs.edu/students-alumni/contact-us/

ALTERNATIVE COURSE SUBMISSION OPTION:  In some cases, depending on the age or manner in which a student's computer is designed or programmed, the Course Submission Form below may not be able to recognize a student's submission. In addition, some courses may suggest that the student submit an assignment in a file format not allowed by the standard course submission form.

In such a case, coursework can be sent as an email attachment to: lessons@mdivs.edu. This is not the preferred method, but as noted above, you are provided with an alternative coursework submission method. Please use the email attachment method only as an alternative, and as always be sure that the following information is included at the very top of the first page of each and every Course Component.

In such a case, final exams should be sent as an email attachment to: finals@mdivs.edu. This is NOT the preferred method, but as noted above, because some computing devices may have difficulty processing the upload form, you are provided with an alternative coursework submission method. Please use the email attachment method only as an alternative.

IMPORTANT: Your submission MUST BE in one of these Word compatible formats (.doc and .docx are preferred): doc, .docx, .rtf, .txt. NOTE: .txt files are not preferred, and should be used only as a last resort.

Carefully review your information, then click the button to send. If your file will not send, first check to be certain that you are sending it in the proper file format. If it still does not send, you should use the alternative method of sending it as a file attachment by email to: lessons@mdivs.edu. If you are sending a final exam, send it to finals@mdivs.edu.

How to know that your course file was accepted and is on the way for grading.  If you fail to properly fill in one of the required fields, the form will not send, and the field you need to complete will be boxed with red lines.  After you click the "Click to Submit" button, if everything goes through, this page will refresh and you will see the information pictured below in the middle of the screen.  May God bless you as you add each lesson to the storehouse of your heart.
