Master of Arts Missional Leadership Degree
Trinity Bible College and Graduate School

The Master of Arts Missional Leadership is designed to equip the student with both a theological and practical framework for leadership and ministry in a complex cultural context through leadership development, organizational development and strategic planning.

The theological emphasis of this program is intended to prepare leaders to live out the relevance of the Christian faith as experienced in a committed faith community. A ministry-specific research track enables the students to investigate their ministry context critically and propose future options for it.

The Master of Arts Missional Leadership degree can be completed in as little as two years.  Successful completion of this accredited degree equips a student to progress to doctoral studies at most credible academic institutions.

You May be Able to Rescue Your Previously Earned College Credits and Earn Both a B.Div., and an Accredited M.A at the Same Time!

The following illustrations show how we can help you maximize all of your past training, and previously earned college credits.  This may make it possible for you to realize your dream of completing a bachelor's degree with Master's International University of Divinity (MIUD), and also earning an accredited master's degree from Trinity Bible College and Graduate School (TBCGS) at the same time!

It's never too late to finish what you started, and we would like to help you start right away.  Now, click the next tab.

We Will Help You Add Up Previously Earned Credits.

It may have been a long time since you were in college.  You know you earned a lot of credits, but may have forgotten just how many.  We can help with that.  As long as you received at least a grade of "C" no matter the subject or how long ago, we can show you how to take maximum advantage of the college credits you worked so hard to acquire.

Did you earn a diploma or associate degree of any kind?  If so, you will be able to take full advantage of the credits awarded. That will help a lot!

Military, Law Enforcement, Fire, Business, Industry, Technical, Church, MIssions, Other...

If you have completed any of the above or other kinds of formal training we will analyze it for credit value.  For example, many enlisted military training programs rank right up there with equivalent college credits.

The same may be true for law enforcement academy training, and many other forms of business and technical training.  We know how to evaluate for maximum allowable credit.

Get Credit for What You have Learned by Doing Life

Recognizing credit for Life-learning that has been documented through an academically appropriate "Life-learning Portfolio" assessment tool is a widely accepted practice among all colleges and universities.  In fact, best academic practice actually allows up to 32 college credit to be granted through the proper evaluation process.

If you have enough previously earned credits, you will probably not need this option, but if so, we will do our best to help you receive the maximum allowable credit.

Now it's Time to Add Your Total Allowable Credits. You will need at least 105.*

We will help you document all allowable credits. Of course, your situation will be somewhat different, but here are three examples to help illustrate the possibilities.

  1. Any associate's degree or 60 college credits, 18 military credits, 7 business or ministry training credits, and 20 life-learning credits = 105 credits.  You will qualify to earn both your bachelor's and master's degree.
  2. 72 college credits, 18 business training credits, and 15 life-learning credits = 105 credits.  You will qualify to earn both your bachelor's and master's degree.
  3. 90 college credits, and 15 life-learning credits = 105 credits.  You will qualify to earn both your bachelor's and master's degree.

*In some cases fewer than 105 credits may be allowed.
